Warranties and Returns

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of HTH, Inc.

This Limited Warranty applies to car topper signs, and only for car topper signs, purchased from HTH, Inc.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, HTH, Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Will We Do To Correct Problems?

HTH, Inc. Will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Car Topper Signs purchased from HTH, Inc. is 180 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Car Topper Sign or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Car Topper Sign or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • theft or loss of the product
  • damage caused by weather condition exceeding (xxxxxdegrees)

What Do You Have to Do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact HTH, Inc. at 711 Jackson Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789 or 800-321-1850 to determine the problem and troubleshoot the product with a customer service representative.

If a guided repair of the car topper sign does not resolve the issue you are having, an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number will be issued. This RMA number must be written on the box and any accompanying paperwork. PLEASE NOTE: Returns without an HTH, Inc. generated RMA number will not be processed.

Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may call our offices within 10 business days of package receipt to begin the return process. The item in question must be in ‘new’ or ‘like new’ condition to fulfill our returns policy, and we may refuse the return if we deem the sign is in unacceptable condition. If the error is on HTH, Inc.’s part, we will pay for shipping, otherwise the client is responsible for the shipping costs. We have a 20% restocking fee if the sign is returned in ‘new’ or ‘like new’ condition. All refunds are submitted via the same method of payment that was used to purchase the sign.
