Order Processing and Shipping
1. What is HTH Inc.'s toll free phone number & fax?

2. What is your mailing address?

3. Who do I send emails to at your company?
  
  It all depends which department you need. For our Sales deptarment you may email sales@hthsigns.com for our Art department you may email art@hthsigns.com you will receive a response back within 24 hours or less.
4. Where are my items being shipped from?
  
  Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse, which is located just outside of Orlando, Florida.
5. Can you send orders to other countries?
  
  Yes, HTH ships products worldwide. If you need a shipping quote outside of the U.S. you can contact our office at 800-321-1850.
6. Does HTH Inc. charge sales tax?
  
  HTH inc only charges sales tax in the state of Florida.
7. Do you offer volume discounts?
  
  We do offer volume discounts. Pricing is listed on each page of each HTH Car Top Sign. If you have a higher volume that is needed please contact our office regarding the total amount of signs needed.
8. What type of payment does HTH Inc. accept?
  
  HTH accepts all major credit cards. If you do not have a credit card readily available please contact our office to arrange a different form of payment, either a Pre-Bill or C.O.D.
9. What payment currency does HTH Inc. accept?
  
  At this time we are only able to accept US Dollars, or Bank Transfers.
10. When will my credit card be charged?
  
  Your credit card will be charged the day that your order ships. If you provide your email address when ordering, you will be emailed a confirmation and tracking number once the credit card has been processed.
11. How quickly will I get my order?
  
  Our Standard print and processing time for signs is 7-10 business days. Replacement part orders will ship within 24 hours.
12. How much will it cost to ship the product I want?
  
  Shipping costs depend on which sign you order and how many of those signs you need. It will also depend what location you are shipping the signs to. We ship many of our HTH signs in boxes of 1 - 3 - 5. When ordering signs keep in mind that ordering 3 or 5 will roughly cost the same amount.
13. Do I receive an Order Receipt/Invoice?
  
  Yes, you will receive an Invoice via the US Postal Service shortly after you receive your sign/ replacement parts. If you would like it via email please contact our office to provide us with your email address.
14. Can I track my shipment?
  
  If you provided HTH with your Email address, you will be emailed the tracking number when your order leaves the HTH warehouse. If you did not receive that tracking number please contact our office and we will be able to track your package and provide you with that number.
15. Are other shipping methods available?
  
  Yes. HTH normally ships via Fed Ex. We have very good rates with Fed Ex, but if you have your own Shipper number, we can ship via your carrier. We can also ship via USPS and UPS for alternative rates please contact our office.
16. Can I buy replacement parts for my sign?
  
  Yes. You are able to purchase any parts that you may need for your HTH sign on our website. They are located on the replacement parts page. If you do not see a part that you need please contact our office and we will be happy help you find it.
Use and Care of Signs
1. What style/ size of light bulb do I need?
  
  HTH signs have two types of bulbs. For signs that are older than approximately 2004 you will need the 921 bulb. It is smaller and is all glass. It pushes straight into the socket which is blue. For newer signs after 2004 you will need the 1156 bulb. It is a little larger and has a metal base. This bulb actually pushes and twists into the socket, which is metal.
2. Can I use the cigarette power cord on any type sign?
  
  Yes the cords that are available through HTH are universal and will work with any of the HTH signs.
3. Why do you not offer the on/off switch with the cord?
  
  We found that it was actually more difficult for the drivers to know when and if the signs were lit. We descovered it was easier just for the drivers to know that the sign was on when they plugged it in and then simply unplug it when not in use.
4. How do I remove the decals from the HTH sign?
  
  The removal of the decals can be fairly easy by just using your finger nail. If you place it under one of the corners of the decal, you can lift it little by little until you have a big enough piece of the decal to pull the rest off. If you're unable to use your finger nail you can use a razor blade and carefully stick it under the decal, using the same technique as if it were your finger nail.
5. What product can I use to clean my HTH sign?
  
  You can use any readily available household product i.e. 409, clorox 2 with bleach. Also using a srcubbing sponge will help get that tough stuck on dirt off the decals and HTH signs.
6. How fast can I drive with a HTH Car Top Sign mounted on my roof?
  
  We do not recommend going over 55 mph with the HTH Car Top Sign. We do offer the HTH Quad Car Top sign with 6 magnets, which allows speeds up to 65 mph.
7. Can I buy magnet covers without buying all new magnets?
  
  Yes, you can just buy the magnet covers. You do not need to replace the whole magnet to provide extra protection for the roof of your car. Magnet covers are sold invididually.
8. The magnets on my sign are black / brown can I use your magnet covers?
  
  We don't recommend using the magnet cover if you only have 4 of the black or brown magnets on your car top sign. You should have six (6) of the black or brown colored magnets to use the magnet covers.
9. The 3-4 inch part that attaches the light system to the outside of the sign, what is it called? I can't find it on your website?
  
  It is called our Pig Tail. If you do a search for pig tail in the search bar it will give you a link to the replacement parts page that it's on.
10. Can the LED light system fit into any of my HTH signs?
  
  Currently we only offer the LED light system for our Magnetic Quad Sign. When you order just the light system please make sure that you have a newer style quad where the opening on the bottom is roughly 12-13 inches long to fit the new LED light system. The sensor for the LED must be outside of the sign to ensure a proper working condition.
11. What are the dimensions of the HTH signs?
  
  You can find the approximate dimension of the HTH signs on each page of that particular sign. If you need a template for creating the artwork please contact our art department for the template. art@hthsigns.com
Customer Service
1. What is included in the 2 Year Guarantee?
  
  The warranty guarantees that the HTH sign itself will not crack or break under normal use. It also guarantees that the decals will not fade from the outside elements. *Wear and tear of Cigarette cords, magnets and magnet covers are not covered under this warranty.
2. What is required to return a product purchased from HTH Inc.?
  
  To receive a full refund the package must be returned back to HTH inc. unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to open pacakages. You can mail it back via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.
3. What is included with the purchase of a sign, do I have everything I need?
  
  When you purchase an HTH sign, all you will need to do is remove it from its box and place it on your car top. It will come with everything that is needed ; decals, cigarette cord, light system, magnets and magnet covers.
